November 2009-The Duchess of Lightning, aka "Pie" now calls Coyote Creek Ranch home. Pie is a 2008 Registered Chincoteague Pony filly. Thank you to Lisa Christian/Chincoteague Ponies of Texas for allowing Sarah to purchase this beautiful pony.
 March 5th-Ginger foaled a buckskin filly, Buck's first. She has been named Bella, on account of how strikingly beautiful she is. She will be heading to her new home in September!
 March 20- Sarah's Australian Shepherd/Border Collie, Kate, attended a herding instinct test. She received a certificate of ability and glowing remarks.
  May 9th, Mother's Day-Our Brangus cow, Jam, after being 2 weeks overdue finally calved a healthy stout bull calf. He will become a steer and will be the start of our farm raised beef.
  June 5th-There will be a Roger Barral Reining clinic organized by Coyote Creek Ranch on September 25th, 2010 at Griffin Equine Center in Holliday. Make plans to attend this clinic, Roger is a great teacher and accomplished rider! (insert file that Ive attach to this email..if you can do that? let me know) June 18th-Make plans to attend the 2010 Breed Alley at the Wichita Falls Horse Expo, October 16-17. There will be Fresians, Gypsy Vanners, Fox Trotters, Appalossas and Pie will be representing the Chincoteague Pony. Come down, meet the horses and introduce yourself!
 June 20th-Lessons now offered! your horse or ours.
